Now - September 9: Pawtucket puts flavor first during Pawtucket Restaurant Week. Participating restaurants offer a special price to try the best of their menus, from breakfast to burgers to tacos. 

September 7-9: Get a tour of some of the most beautiful properties in Newport with the Newport Secret Garden Tours, and enjoy a peek at incredible gardens both on and off Bellevue Avenue, as well as on Newport’s picturesque Ocean Drive.

September 8: Head on over to Ballard’s and end enjoy a full day of rock 'n roll and fun in the sun during Block Island Rockfest, featuring live performances by Dirty Deeds & The Brothers of The Road. 

September 8: Get your appetite ready for the Fourth Annual RI Calamari Festival, a celebration of RI’s favorite appetizer. Local restaurants compete for the titles of Best Overall Calamari, Most Inventive Calamari, and Most Spirited Team.  

September 8-9: The Rhode Island Seafood Festival returns with the best in seafood and spirits from around the Ocean State, plus live music, works from local artists, and more at India Point Park. 

September 8-9: Celebrate local art at the Slater Park Fall Festival. One hundred vendors will sell their creations, accompanied by food trucks, crafts, music, and lots of family-friendly fun. The event is topped off with RI Philharmonic’s “Pops in the Park” and fireworks.

September 9: There’s nothing quite like a beach run with the salty air and stunning views. The Surftown Half Marathon spans across Misquamicut Beach and Watch Hill, and is followed by a beach party offering sports massages, food, and an awards ceremony. 

September 9: Move your feet to Caribbean beats at the Waterfront Reggae Festivalfeaturing Ziggy Marley, Steel Pulse, Tribal Seeds, Iya Terra, Mighty Mystic, and Gorilla Finger Dub Band at Bold Point Park.
